Handshape Common Misuse: Really? Did I sign that?

The Handshape is probably the most apparent parameter of ASL. Linguists have identified a large number of discrete Handshapes, which the signs are most look-like. Trix will demonstrate several categories that demonstrate various degrees of similarity for particular Handshapes, which can lead to misunderstandings.
