Our Vocational Director will supervise and direct COPD’s Vocational/Placement Department in the areas of competitive placement, job site training, job placement services and contract maintenance. This individual oversees Ability One, WIA and VR placement services, develops training programs and placement options, markets program and ensures program compliance. We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Rehabilitation, Education or related field, proficiency in American Sign Language, and experience with either employment services, rehabilitation work programs and/or mental health/deafness. Salary is $17.35 - $21.69 depending on experience and educational background plus excellent benefits.
