- Reduces or eliminates hang ups on relay users
- Allows customers to know you are certified as an AZRS Relay Friendly Partner
- Offers you a free listing on the AZRS website
- Coming soon: Provides a Relay Friendly Partner logo to post on your business’ website
- Provides a AZRS Relay Friendly Partner decal for your door or window

The City of Phoenix requested a videotaped training on how to make and receive relay calls. The ACDHH team created a video for use by the City of Phoenix on their internal learning platform. City staff have access to this training as of April, 2025. Thank you City of Phoenix for ensuring your staff can make and receive Relay Friendly calls!

The Phoenix Veteran's Administration Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) received a Relay Friendly training in September 2022. With this training they can be more responsive to patients calling thru the Relay Service.

Ability360 staff attended a multi-topic presentation by ACDHH staff in May, 2025. They are relay friendly and ready to make and receive relay calls!
Arizona State Parks ADA Coordinator and two team members received a comprehensive training including instruction on making and receiving AZ Relay Service calls in July 2023. They are Relay Friendly!
The Banner Poison & Drug Information Center attended a Relay Friendly training on April 14, 2023. They are now a Relay Friendly Partner.
